【主讲课程】

  • 《高分辨透射电镜晶体学》,2学时

教学对象:胶体与界面重点实验室专业必选,欢迎其他专业同学一起学习。

主要内容:利用两节课时间,深入浅出介绍高分辨电镜成像的一般知识,高分辨电镜成像的特点,由指纹图案分析晶面取向和电子束入射方向,电子衍射和X射线衍射的异同,科技论文中常见图案的解读方法,等内容。

  •  《微乳液理论及应用》,32学时

    教学对象:本科生高年级专业选修课

    课程设计: 本课程是大学本科《物理化学》中表面活性剂相关内容的拓展和深化。本课程将重点深化表面活性剂溶液的基本知识和基本理论,并在此基础上探讨石油三次开采及 化妆品生产中相关的表面活性剂理论。本课程将为大学生将来从事胶体与界面化学科学研究打下基础,也为将来从事相关化工或化学品生产做好铺垫。

    课程评价:将以《物理化学•南京大学第五版》和《微乳液理论及其应用•李干佐郭荣》为主要参考教材,平时成绩40分,期中和期末两篇论文共占60分。

     

    教学内容:

    1.        溶液表面物理化学中的一些基本公式和问题

    表面张力和表面Gibbs自由能;表面热力学的基本公式;界面张力与温度的关系;溶液的表面张力与溶液浓度的关系;溶液的表面吸附;单分子表面膜

    2.        表面活性剂的溶液性质和增溶作用

    表面活性剂的分类;结构对其效率及能力的影响;HLB值;表面活性剂在水中的溶解度;表面活性剂的溶液性质;表面活性剂在液-液界面的吸附

    3.        微乳液的分类、特征和结构

    乳状液的分类——O/W和W/O型乳状液,微乳液和纳米乳液的定义;乳化剂的作用;乳化剂的不稳定性——分层、变型和破乳;微乳液的界面张力;微乳液的界面粘度和流动性;微乳液的结构及其测定;微乳液的拟相模型(不讲)

    4.        微乳液的形成、相态和临界特征

    微乳液的稳定理论;微乳液的拟三元相图和四元相图;微乳液的临界特性

    5.        微乳液的热力学和动力学

    表面活性剂溶液的热力学;微乳液形成的热力学;助表面活性剂对微乳液热力学的影响

    6.        化学驱油

    微乳液在原油采收中的应用举例;化学驱油机理;现场实验介绍;化学驱油体系的筛选指标

    7.        表面活性剂在纳米科学中的应用

    常见表面活性剂介绍,基本科学问题和应用举例

    8.        表面活性剂在日化产品中的应用
